The Membership Process

  1. Complete and submit a Membership Application.
  2. Attend an informal interview with two leaders.
  3. Attend the membership class.
  4. Recommendation for church membership by the pastor and leaders.
  5. Presentation to the church body during a 10:30am worship service.

Qualifications for Membership

  1. Saving faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
  2. Acceptance of the Statement of Faith.
  3. A willingness to observe the Ordinances of Christ and to be governed by his Word.
  4. Completion of New Members class.
  5. A desire to be actively involved in the ministry of Creekside Bible Church.
  6. Recommendation for membership by the leadership.

Getting Started

If you desire membership at Creekside Bible Church and are ready to start the process, begin by filling out a Membership Application and submitting it to the church office. You can use the "electronic application form" listed below and submit it via email. Be sure to click the "Submit" button when the form is completed or you will have to repeat the process. The button is located at the bottom of the last page. Another option is to click the link below and then print the PDF document and fill it out by hand. Hand written applications must be mailed to the church office: P.O. Box 392, Matthews, NC 28016-0392 or delivered in person to Rob Tartaglia or Brian Scott. Once your application has been received and reviewed, the pastor will contact you to schedule an interview. Thank you for your interest in this growing ministry!
